Red Feather Outfitters (RFO) SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $8.00 for most orders. If cost are higher you will be notified on your invoice before shipment. Depending on the value of their contents, packages may be shipped signature required. Orders are considered received once USPS completes delivery confirmation. Additional ship charges apply to airguns, ammo, brass, bullets, firearms and other heavy/bulky items. Firearms are shipped via FedEx/UPS overnight, signature required. Firearms sent in for repair, appraisal, etc. will be sent back to the address from which they were received. International orders are shipped via USPS. Actual shipping costs apply ($10.00 minimum.) RFO declares actual cost of goods on all customs forms. In the event of a lost international package, please contact the local customs/post office for assistance. Although RFO will make every effort to recover the shipment, we are not responsible for international packages once they are delivered to the United States Postal Service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original sale date for a full store credit or refund, less shipping and handling. After 30 days, all returns must be pre-authorized by RFO. If the return is approved, store credit will be issued. Any firearm returned for credit will be assessed a 20% restocking charge after 3 days of delivery to the dealer, or if it has been fired. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in the same condition as purchased – unused, unmarked, unadulterated and unmounted. All returned items must be accompanied by all its parts, accessories and original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to items not meeting these criteria. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our cost of shipping from the refund. To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose a copy of the original sales receipt, with a reason for the return. Refunds will be made in the same manner as in the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card, you must provide the card information in order to receive a refund. If we do not receive your credit card information, a store credit will be issued. Special orders, such as custom parts/accessories, are not returnable. All sales of clearance and discontinued items are final. Labor charges are nonrefundable. If you believe your item to be defective, send it back for evaluation. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt, with a reason for the return. RFO reserves the right to repair or replace, at our option, items found defective. Items damaged from improper use, installation or modification will be repaired; regular labor rates apply. This return policy shall in no way supersede any manufacturers’ warranty.
